Awesome day at the gym, burned some nice calories and haven’t eaten. Won’t be able to do it again this until maybe thursday, but I’ll be back to eating soup by then. <:
I binged yesterday night (well this morning at 4 am so I made the 10 day fast, barely). Probs 1000 calories. Probs 1200 something like that. I’m not sad. I feel great today. But as compensation I’m going to the gym to burn half of that and start a 5 day fast (till the 22nd).
I wanna be size six so much. Ughh. Definitely a week of soup coming up. I want my legs to be so skinny. This 10 day fast has done wonders and I’m looking forward to a week of just low-calorie, 50-120 calorie soups. I’m only going to weigh-in after then.
